They are seeking a proactive and versatile ICT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support, installations, and maintenance across multiple client sites.

Kingston, Richmond & Surrounding Areas – Full-Time, Permanent – Education Sector – £30,000 to £36,000 (DOE)

About the Role

As an ICT Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day running of ICT systems across a portfolio of school clients. You’ll deliver both first and second‑line support, assist with project delivery, and ensure each school’s IT infrastructure operates efficiently and securely.

You’ll be the key technical point of contact for your schools — supporting users, maintaining networks, installing hardware, and implementing cloud and security solutions.
