Job description
Overview

The Clinical Delivery team are looking for a highly motivated individual with evidence-based knowledge and experience to join our Integrated Contact Centre (ICC). This role will provide support and leadership to a multi-disciplinary team. Applicants will be expected to quickly adapt to current ICC policies, procedures and systems in place and to support and lead an expanding workforce through change.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and leadership to a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Quickly adapt to current ICC policies, procedures and systems.
  • Play a key part in supporting and leading an expanding workforce through change.
  • Provide 24‑hour cover across Clinical Delivery within the NWAS ICC footprint and travel to all ICC sites as required.
  • Deliver visible leadership to a multi-disciplinary team and coach staff whilst delivering and encouraging the Trust’s strategies and values.
  • Ensure the team has access to education and support to Trust targets and expectations.
  • Manage wellbeing, development and education, sickness and absence, conduct monthly one‑to‑ones and deliver KPI’s and guide staff through Performance Management Plans.
Qualifications
  • A valid right to work and identity check.
  • Reference checks covering a minimum three‑year period and at least two years of sickness absence.
  • DBS checks (if the post is subject to DBS disclosure, a charge will be made).
  • Occupational Health – satisfactory medical clearance required.
  • Vaccination against COVID‑19 encouraged (not a condition of employment).
