What you’ll be doing

• Performing provision and de-provision for Identity and Access Management across the Bank
• Work with the wider team to complete User Access Audits
• Provide documentation and evidence for Audit purposes
• Support development and implementation of solutions to continually mature to IAM function
• Be a routine contact point for customers to handle/resolve request and/or queries.

• Strong interpersonal abilities, with excellent proficiency in written and oral communication
• A flexible approach is required, with the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines when necessary
• The ability of working under pressure, taking the initiative, and prioritising workload
