This position offers a contracted 40 hours per week with flexibility in shift start times.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hygiene practices in food production.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing or similar environments.
• Confident in motivating and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage hygiene standards and team activities.
• Provide training and development for hygiene team.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain cleaning schedules.

Skills

Knowledge of Hygiene from either a Hygiene or Production background

Experience in a FMCG or fast paced manufacturing environment

Strong people management skills

General understanding and interest in food hygiene and microbiology

Positive and pro-active attitude

Education

Hygiene qualifications and/or internal auditor qualifications
