Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Payroll Manager or senior payroll professional.
• Strong working knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for all employees.
• Ensure correct processing of variable hours, shift patterns, and overtime.
• Oversee pension administration and ensure contributions are calculated correctly.
• Prepare and submit all statutory returns, including FPS/EPS submissions.
