Job summary

Baxi Heating UK Limited is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Advisor in Warwick (Brooks House, CV34 4LL) for a fixed-term 5-month contract. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, respond to customer needs, and identify opportunities to promote services while supporting engineers.

This role is 30 hours per week (12:00–18:00), with 50% hybrid work and training provided at the Warwick office.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong listening, questioning, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• A customer-focused and empathetic approach, with the ability to remain calm and professional.
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to identify sales opportunities and cross-selling.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or a similar customer-facing role preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to enquiries via email and other channels.
• Use questioning and listening to understand customer needs and identify solutions.
• Assess service and warranty enquiries and arrange appropriate appointments with engineers.
• Liaise with engineers and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
• Identify sales opportunities including Service Plans and chargeable services.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records and ensure timely updates.
• Meet customer service and sales KPIs while delivering a positive Baxi experience.
