Job summary

Baxi Heating UK Limited is seeking a part-time Sales & Customer Service Advisor in Warwick (Brooks House, CV34 4LL). You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to enquiries, and identify opportunities to promote Baxi services while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role requires strong communication, empathy and problem-solving, with training provided. Hybrid working with 50% office-based and 50% remote, plus weekend rota on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is beneficial.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and undergo training.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assess service or warranty needs and arrange appointments.
• Liaise with engineers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to promote Baxi services and Service Plans.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records in the systems.
