Job summary

Baxi is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Advisor for a fixed-term 5‑month contract in Warwick. You will handle calls and emails, resolve issues, and spot opportunities to promote services while delivering excellent customer care.

The role is 20 hours per week (Mon–Fri 2pm–6pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota and 50/50 hybrid working between Brooks House and remote work. Training will be provided to succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and ability to use IT systems.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to enquiries via multiple channels.
• Use questioning and problem-solving to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assess service/warranty enquiries and arrange appointments with engineers as needed.
• Liaise with engineers and internal teams to resolve issues and keep requests moving.
• Identify sales and revenue opportunities, including service plans and add-on services.
