Job summary

Baxi is hiring a Sales & Customer Service Advisor in Warwick. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, respond to emails, and identify opportunities to promote Baxi services. The role combines customer service, after-sales support and sales, with hybrid working (office 50%, remote 50%).

The position is a fixed-term contract for 5 months, 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 2pm-6pm) with Saturday shifts on a rota. Training is provided at the Warwick office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to enquiries via email.
• Use questioning and listening to understand customer needs and identify solutions.
• Assess service and warranty enquiries and arrange appropriate appointments.
• Liaise with engineers and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
• Identify sales opportunities including Service Plans and chargeable services.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records for future interactions.
• Meet customer service and sales KPIs while delivering a positive experience.
