Job summary

Baxi, part of the BDR Thermea Group, is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to provide front-line support to customers, installers and merchants, handling calls and emails, arranging service visits and identifying opportunities to promote services.

This fixed-term 5-month, 20-hour-per-week role in Warwick offers hybrid working, training, and a chance to develop customer-facing and sales skills within a UK heating solutions company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong listening, questioning, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach, able to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to enquiries by email.
• Use questioning and listening to understand needs and identify solutions.
• Assess service and warranty enquiries, arranging suitable appointments.
• Liaise with engineers and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
• Identify sales opportunities including Service Plans and chargeable services.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records for future interactions.
• Meet customer service and sales KPIs while delivering a positive experience.
