Job summary

Baxi is hiring a Sales & Customer Service Advisor in Warwick for a fixed-term 5-month contract. You will handle calls, respond to enquiries, arrange service visits and coordinate with engineers to deliver a first-class customer experience.

This 30-hour-per-week role is 8am–2pm, Monday–Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota, 50% office-based and 50% remote. Training at the Warwick office and career growth within BDR Thermea Group.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with confident telephone manner.
• Strong listening, questioning, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with empathy; able to stay professional in tough conversations.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Team-oriented with initiative and ownership of queries.
• Saturdays availability required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to enquiries through a variety of channels, including email.
• Use questioning and problem-solving to understand customer needs and identify the appropriate solution.
• Assess service and warranty enquiries and arrange appointments.
• Liaise with engineers and internal teams to resolve issues and keep requests moving forward.
• Identify sales and revenue opportunities, including Service Plans.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records.
• Meet customer service and sales KPIs while delivering a positive experience.
