Qualifications

  • Experience delivering legal information or working in a legal environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver information services to EAP clients.
  • Utilise telephone counselling and coaching skills.
  • Work with the clinical team on critical cases.
  • Develop information packs for service users.
  • Maintain resources database for legal developments.
  • Assist in the improvement of the EAP Information Service.
  • Record data in the CRM system.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
