Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience in a construction-based role.
• Full driving license required.
• Regular site visits expected.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate briefing notes from clients for pricing.
• Produce accurate Bills of Quantities.
• Monitor and report on project costs and profitability.
• Liaise and negotiate with external and internal customers.
• Produce valuations in line with contract requirements.
