• Submit payroll data to external providers and perform manual calculations.
• Validate, reconcile, and report payroll outputs to Finance.
• Handle payroll queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Set up new starters and assist with internal/external audits.
• Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance.
