Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and complete balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supervise, support, and mentor Finance Assistants.
• Oversee weekly supplier payment runs.
• Identify and deliver process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision making.
• Post monthly journals and manage HMRC returns.
