Qualifications

• Proven experience handling EL/PL and Motor claims up to £500K.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Clear and confident communicator.

Responsibilities

• Act as a referral point and provide technical mentoring.
• Support the Assistant Claims Manager and Team Leaders.
• Deliver bespoke training and guidance to the Claims team.
• Investigate and resolve complex claims.
• Manage estimates and discrepancies with clients.
• Identify and address coverage and recovery issues.
• Handle disputed claims for economic resolution.
• Drive timely resolution of claims managed by solicitors.
• Maintain accurate reserves and update internal systems.
• Support stakeholder relationships and management reporting.
