Job summary

A technology services provider is looking for a Technical Services Analyst to join their ICT team in a hybrid role. You will provide second-line support for Microsoft 365, manage AV systems, and assist with server administration. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience in ICT support, strong knowledge of Windows, and good communication skills. This position offers a salary range of £30,780 - £40,209 per annum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in ICT support or similar technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and operating systems.
• Deliver first-line support for meeting room AV systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online.
• Support Teams Voice and telephony platforms.
• Help configure and monitor Windows servers.
