This role involves managing queries, processing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a significant background in administration within complex environments. The position is full-time on a fixed-term contract for 12 months with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

  • Significant administrative experience within a large complex organisation.
  • Ability to build good working relationships.
  • Experience in handling first line queries and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and accurate first line advice based on policies.
  • Provide HR Admin support like processing starters and leavers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Data Protection legislation.
