Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Financial Analysis team.
• Produce high-quality, strategic financial analysis and insight for senior stakeholders.
• Support the management of budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Oversee the team's contribution to the monthly reporting cycle.
• Lead the development and optimisation of the organisation's financial planning and analysis system.
• Ensure effective review of external funding bids and accurate reporting.
• Provide business partnering support to senior leaders as required.
