Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a high-volume payroll environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory compliance.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring payroll team members.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end payroll process for a large, multi-site workforce.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of starters, leavers, pay changes, and statutory payments.
  • Reconcile payroll reports and liaise with Finance on monthly reporting.
