Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact to communicate project status and updates.
• Define project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and identify issues.
• Review and approve Scopes of Work or changes.
• Track and analyse project KPIs to provide actionable insights.
