HR Officer – Fast-Paced Environment | £35–40k | Hybrid | Hull

We’re looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our growing team in Hull. This is a stand‑alone, onsite role within a fast‑paced operation, ideally suited to someone from a contact centre or similarly dynamic environment. You’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact day‑to‑day, with the added support of our Head Office HR team when needed.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing employee relations, including disciplinaries and investigations
  • Driving improvements across attrition, sickness and performance
  • Supporting and conducting performance reviews
  • Developing, reviewing and updating HR policies
  • Acting as the on‑site HR go‑to for managers and employees
What we’re looking for:
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Strong ER experience in a fast‑paced or contact centre environment
  • Confident operating in a stand‑alone HR role
  • Proactive, people‑focused and solutions‑driven
