The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the EMEA Enterprise Sales organisation. You will deliver people strategy, coach senior leaders, and guide organisational and talent decisions critical to business success.

This regional, cross-functional role requires knowledge of local markets, legislative complexities, and employee benefits across EMEA. You will implement scalable approaches to local people issues, advise HRBPs and managers globally, and transition transactional activities to the Shared Service Centre to focus on strategic partnering.

This position is strategic and hands-on, influencing decisions early, staying close to employees, and supporting managers directly. You will also manage an EMEA Benefits Advisor. Office attendance is required at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise leaders on people, talent, and organisational matters to enable well-informed decisions.
  • Guide workforce planning, succession, team capability, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Use market and data insights, including AI trends, to inform people and organisation plans.
  • Partner on organisation design and coach leaders on performance, engagement, and wellbeing.
