Overview

Position Overview :

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employees and management across designated business units. Acting as a strategic consultant and employee advocate the HRBP drives initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness talent development and workforce planning. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure HR strategies support broader organizational goals including M&A integration and process optimization.

This is a hybrid position; candidates must be able to commute to our London office 12 days per week.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • Proven ability to consult with management and influence outcomes.
  • Experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
