Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our people strategy-driving transformation, empowering leaders, and shaping a high-performance culture. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent initiatives with business goals and help us grow smarter, stronger, and more sustainably. Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead employee engagement, performance management, and change initiatives
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to deliver seamless, people-first solutions

Qualifications
