Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process, including providing updates on advertising and timelines.
  • Administer the recruitment process from requisition to appointment, maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with College policies, regulations, and safeguarding requirements.
  • Produce recruitment reports and support ad hoc HR projects.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and effective communication across HR, the College, and external stakeholders., Be part of a collaborative HR team committed to excellence and people-first values

Qualifications
