- Coordinate IT access and equipment requests for new starters and leavers
- Administer the offboarding process, including leaver letters, holiday calculations, loans and exit surveys
- Maintain and update the HR system and employee records in line with GDPR

- Support annual HR cycles such as pay reviews, audits and performance processes
- Help organise learning and development activity and maintain training records
- Provide admin support for contractor onboarding and manage the contractor inbox
- Act as a “super user” for HR systems and e-learning platforms, supporting colleagues with queries
- Produce regular HR reports (e.g. headcount, sickness, turnover) and log informal issues to spot trends
- Support the HR team through the implementation of a new HRIS, helping keep BAU service strong during change
💥 What we’re looking for :

- Confident communicator (written and verbal) – happy speaking with staff at all levels
- Highly organised, methodical and able to manage a varied workload
- Discreet and professional with confidential / sensitive information and GDPR
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR systems
