Location Description

Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa is a luxury 4* hotel steeped in history. Set in 11 acres of Warwickshire parkland, the grade II listed building hosted William Shakespeare in 1599 with its heritage dating back to 1327.

Job Description We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department in our hotel.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, handling confidential information, and supporting smooth day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Contract Details

30 hour contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team member inductions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation
  • Support payroll by managing attendance, leave, and timesheets
  • Handle HR queries from team members professionally and confidentiallyAssist with training coordination and team member records
  • Co-ordinate team member engagement activities
Requirements
  • Previous experience in HR administration or hospitality (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation is an advantage
