Job description

A client of ours in the solar industry is on the lookout for a contract HSE Site Manager to join their team on a 12-month initial contract, working on an an utility-scale solar project in Kent.

The HSE Site Manager role will involve:

• Supervising subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with H&S regulations
• Working with internal teams to establish HSE protocols
• Take a proactive approach to HSE supervision on site, organizing workshops etc

The successful HSE Site Manager will have:

• Proven track record of HSE Supervision / Management on site
• Experience of working with subcontractors and cooperating with their HSE personnel
• Solar project experience is required
• Qualifications such as NEBOSH, SMSTS, SSSTS (or similar) are essential
