About the Role
We are looking for a capable and driven HSE Manager to take the lead at a high-performing manufacturing site with a reputation for excellence in both food safety and workplace health & safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance, ensuring site-wide engagement and legal adherence in a complex, fast-paced bakery environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, quality, and technical, driving safe behaviours and supporting audit readiness, training, and continuous improvement.
