Job summary

A global manufacturing organisation in Chiswick is searching for an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager. This role involves leading the HSE initiatives on-site, ensuring compliance with legislation, and fostering a positive health and safety culture. Candidates should possess a NEBOSH Certificate, have substantial HSE experience in high-risk manufacturing such as Food and Beverage, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will also support the Head of HSE on various projects while mentoring the onsite advisor.

Qualifications

• Experience at a senior advisor or managerial level in Health, Safety and Environment.
• High risk manufacturing experience, ideally in Food and Beverage.
• Experience with logistics and wider production is considered.

• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and corporate requirements.
• Mentor onsite HSE Advisor.
• Promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
• Conduct risk assessments and investigate incidents.
