Location: Pocklington, YO42 1NR

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (depending on health & safety experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate health and safety documentation across the Group
  • Prepare and distribute risk assessments, method statements, and compliance materials
  • Support the rollout and consistent application of Group-wide HSE procedures and systems
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure documentation meets legal and industry standards
  • Monitor safety actions and reporting via My Compliance
  • Assist with incident investigations and produce reports on accident trends
  • Ensure compliance with risk controls, PPE requirements, and legal obligations
  • Follow risk assessment controls, Safe Systems of Work, and PPE requirements
What You’ll Bring
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
