Overview

Are you a HRIS Specialist with expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM? If so, this is the role for you! A well-established business is looking for someone with hands-on experience in administering, configuring and enhancing Oracle's Human Capital Management platform to support strategic HR and business goals.

Contract and Location

This is an 18-month fixed term contract role where you can be based anywhere in the UK, providing you can be onsite in Cornwall, twice per month (travel expenses covered). You will receive a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, plus a range of competitive benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Leading system change initiatives, from requirements gathering to release management.
  • Acting as the technical lead for Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring system reliability, configuration, and performance.
  • Managing third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Driving user acceptance testing, training, and support across the business.
  • Championing continuous improvement and self-sufficiency in system usage.
  • Delivering upgrades and updates, ensuring maximum business benefit.
  • Maintaining documentation, KPIs, and support materials to enhance system transparency and usability.
