Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT Business, or related field.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP, or Paycom.
  • Ability to translate HR needs into system solutions.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Comfort training end users and supporting change adoption.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, SharePoint, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing the HRIS platform, potentially selecting a new system.
  • Building critical reports and dashboards for HR and leadership.
  • Fixing, maintaining, and improving system interfaces.
  • Guiding the organization through major HR system changes.
  • Supporting end users and training teams as systems evolve.
  • Collaborating closely with HR leadership during departmental restructuring.

Skills

Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP, or Paycom
Ability to translate HR needs into system solutions
