Job summary

A leading global organisation in the UK is seeking a People Business Partner to work closely with Marketing and Technology leaders. You will deliver strategic people solutions, act as a trusted advisor, and drive initiatives that enhance engagement and performance. The ideal candidate has proven experience in HR, strong employment law knowledge, and is passionate about enabling people to excel. This is a full-time, permanent role, based primarily in London with a hybrid work model offering flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a People Business Partner or senior HR generalist in a business partnering role.
  • Strong employment law knowledge and ability to manage change.
  • Skilled in building relationships and influencing at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.
  • Passionate about enabling people to perform at their best.
  • Desired but not essential: experience in a Tech or Marketing business.

The People and Culture team is at the heart of creating an environment where their people thrive. The team of 6, led by a Head of People Partnering, are a high‑performing team that value collaboration and an innovative mindset!

About the Role

As a People Business Partner, you’ll work closely with Technology and Marketing leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions that enable teams to achieve the business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll influence engagement, performance, and development while shaping the culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Senior Leadership for Marketing and Technology to translate business needs into practical, people‑focused outcomes, empowering teams to thrive.
  • Provide pragmatic, expert HR advice and solutions that are aligned with organisational goals and elevate employee experience.
  • Lead employee relations matters with fairness and consistency, building trust across the business.
  • Drive people initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and performance.
  • Harness data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
About You
