HR Business Partner – Remote First

9-12 month FTC

£55,000-£60,000 + benefits

Join a growing business services organisation during an exciting period of transformation, including acquisitions and a major merger. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager to make an impact and shape the future HR strategy through strategic HR projects and during an extended period of growth and change. There’s also potential for permanent opportunities as the HR team expands next year.

The client offers a remote‑first working style, with fortnightly travel to London + quarterly regional travel to Midlands and the North to spend time face to face with your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR business partnering across multiple UK regions
  • Manage employee relations and deliver BAU HR activities
  • Lead projects in performance appraisal design, learning & development (L&D), organisational design, and TUPE
Ideal Profile
  • Strong HR generalist experience with proven business partnering skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
