HR Systems Analyst / Data Analyst - SuccessFactors - Remote

The Opportunity: We are looking for an HR / Peoples Systems Analyst with experience in SuccessFactors / SAP HR Systems and a background in Data Analysis to join a large HR Shared Service Centre. The company recently implemented SuccessFactors and is continuing to roll out new modules, offering a great opportunity to learn and expand your skill set. This is a remote role with occasional travel to Liverpool (once or twice a year).

The Role: A key part of the role involves designing and building dashboards and reports using SuccessFactors User Stories, SAP Query Manager 4, and SAP Analytics Cloud to analyze HR-related data, identify trends, and suggest improvements. You will act as a technical interface between HR, IT, and the business, managing data feeds and system integrations, and supporting HR system queries.

You will have opportunities for project work and represent the team in system implementations, as well as suggest and implement system enhancements.

  • Managing HR data, maintaining data quality, and building reports
  • Designing and developing reports using SuccessFactors User Stories, SAP Analytics Cloud, and QM4
  • Administering and customizing SuccessFactors, documenting change requests, and collaborating with IT
  • Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements
  • System administration of SuccessFactors/SAP HR Systems

The Person: An experienced HR Systems/Data Analyst with strong technical skills, proven SuccessFactors experience (including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Benefits, LMS), and familiarity with SuccessFactors User Stories and SAP Analytics Cloud. You should have the ability to test and document system changes, possess strong attention to detail, and understand system workflows.
