Job description

Responsibilities

• Prozessieren und Pflegen von Mitarbeiterunterlagen, einschließlich Personalakten und HRIS-Daten
• Bearbeitung von Unterlagen für neue Mitarbeitende, Durchführung von Pre-Employment-Screenings und Koordination von Onboarding-Aktivitäten
• Unterstützung bei On- und Offboarding, Datenmanagement und weiteren Prozessen im Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus
• Mitwirkung bei Mitarbeiterbindungsinitiativen, wie Umfragen, Anerkennungsprogrammen und Events
• Koordination von HR-Projekten und Erstellung von Berichten für Stakeholder
• Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorschriften sowie interner HR-Richtlinien
• Serviceorientierte Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften bei Anfragen und Anliegen

Qualifications

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalwesen oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im HR-Bereich
• Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit HRIS
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
