An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the People Team at Sunbelt Rentals UK as a HR Project Manager!
In this position, the HR Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering initiatives aimed at enhancing the People function within the organisation. The role requires comprehensive HR expertise coupled with advanced project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, establish timelines and milestones, allocate resources effectively, manage budgets, and achieve defined outcomes. Additionally, the individual will oversee the Company’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy, which encompasses the facilitation and support of Employee Resource Groups and the development of new initiatives aligned with external trends. Responsibilities also include managing programmes that promote employee wellbeing, focusing on both physical and mental health.
Projects you would be responsible for will include: Restructuring, TUPE, Employee Engagement, EDI, and Wellbeing.
