A leading recruitment firm in London is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead organisation design and workforce change initiatives. The successful candidate will provide hands-on guidance to senior stakeholders throughout transformation programmes. With strong HR project delivery experience and European restructuring knowledge, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering a base salary of approximately £90k, requiring presence in the office 50% of the time.
I\'m supporting my global client in hiring a HR Project Manager to play a pivotal role in a major transformation programme across the UK and Europe. This role will see you driving organisation design, restructuring, and workforce change within a global, matrixed environment.
You’ll be hands-on in shaping people strategy, building high-quality deliverables, and guiding senior stakeholders through complex change. We’re looking for someone with strong HR project delivery experience, European restructuring knowledge, and sharp stakeholder skills who thrives in fast-moving transformation programmes.
This role will be an initial 12-Month FTC and looking to pay circa 90k base. You must be located within commuting distance of London due to needing to be in the office 50%.
