WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Co-ordinate the implementation of the programme agenda and related projects
  • Ensure programme stakeholders are kept informed of progress, and stay aligned to the programme & project goals
  • Prepare programme & project schedules and perform programme/project tracking and reporting
  • Identify when delivery performance deviates from agreed milestones and timelines and escalate issues as necessary
  • Ensure that all required programme & project documentation is completed and up-to-date
  • Programme managed on time, on budget, within scope and within agreed quality standards
  • Coordinate programme & project schedules by compiling tasks, costs, timescales and resource requirement lists from key project participants indicating start and completion dates, responsibilities and dependencies
  • Deliver programme, project & key initiative updates in weekly and monthly meetings
  • Perform progress tracking and reporting of issues
  • Document scope changes and track approval by required parties to ensure benefit realisation
  • Manages Risk, Issues, Dependencies and Actions with programme
  • Develop strong relationships with internal / external stakeholder through the deployment of good communication and programme reviews
  • Manage the programme RACI
  • Responsible for implementing project management methodology and risk management process. Ensuring the programme and project plans reflect the status at the end of every week.
  • Ensure all required project documentation is completed to quality standards, kept up to date, available throughout the project and maintained in the project database
  • Support in the application of the ACT change management methodology and approach. Identify and aware of different stakeholders impact on the project to achieve business benefits
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • DePICT or PM101 project management methodology (essential)
  • 5 years experience in a programme or project management environment (essential)
  • Degree or Higher Education (desirable)
