Role Overview

You will help build and run the operational backbone of our People function—coordinating day‑to‑day HR processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring smooth collaboration between HR, Finance, and leadership. Ideal for someone who enjoys structure, systems, and creating seamless experiences for team members worldwide.

What You Bring To The Table
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple processes and follow‑ups.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, people & engagement, or project coordination.
  • Experience with HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools.
  • Good understanding of core HR processes—onboarding/offboarding, records management, time‑off tracking, basic compliance.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with HR and operational data.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to explain HR processes to non‑HR colleagues.
  • People‑centred approach—approachable, empathetic, visible go‑to contact.
  • Proven ability to build trust and collaborate across functions and locations.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, able to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Discretion, reliability, strong focus on privacy in handling personal data.
