We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our dedicated, professional and friendly HR team at the Nuffield Department of Medicine. This role is for a HR Operations Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover). Working as part of the HR Centres of Excellence, this is a unique opportunity to develop the HR operations and employee relations offering within a growing and world-leading clinical research department.
The overarching aim of the role is to support the NDM and University strategic objective of retaining high calibre staff and supporting them throughout the employee life-cycle, ensuring employment practices are conducted in compliance with employment legislation, and departmental and University policy. You will act as a trusted advisor to our stakeholders and ensure that all advice and support offered to employees throughout their employment life cycle is delivered to a high standard and follows the agreed strategy of the Department. Reporting to the HR Operations Partner, you will provide high-quality service to managers and employees in a forward-facing HR generalist capacity.
