About the Role

The HR Officer will support recruitment safer recruitment checks onboarding workforce data compliance HR reporting and staff training coordination. The role also involves supporting the HR Manager with employee relations queries induction programmes and maintaining excellent HR documentation.

Strong interpersonal skills and high levels of discretion are key as the school places great emphasis on professionalism and safeguarding.

Experience and Qualifications
  • HR experience within schools colleges MATs or similar organisations
  • Strong knowledge of safer recruitment and DBS checking procedures
  • Excellent communication and document management skills
  • HR software experience (e.g. iTrent HRIS platforms) desirable
  • CIPD Level 3 or above preferred
