Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced HR Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and diverse HR environment, supporting a range of initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

The Role

The HR Officer will provide comprehensive support across HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits. You will also play a key role in HR systems management, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee onboarding and induction for new employees
  • Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies and best practice
  • Assist with first-stage employee relations cases and ensure compliance with employment law
  • Coordinate training programmes and support learning and development initiatives
  • Support compensation and benefits administration, including renewals and pension governance
  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards, workforce planning reports and ad hoc analytics
  • Maintain accurate HR processes, procedures and ensure compliance with audits
  • Manage HR systems (HRIS), data accuracy, and monthly payroll checks
  • Collaborate with HR People Partners and Business Partners on key HR initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management, and employment law
  • Proficiency in HR software, HRIS, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
