We offer hybrid working to have a real work life balance. This is a full time role on a permanent basis. This role will be office based.

We offer a competitive salary range of £31,187 to £35,301 (FTE) per annum plus benefits.

HR Officer role

Are you a proactive, highly organised and collaborative individual, with a proven record in human resources at an Advisory or Officer level? If so, join us as an HR Officer, where you will provide a high quality service to managers and staff covering recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, wellbeing, employee reward and benefits. You will also champion diversity and inclusion and undertake people projects. We are an employer committed to investing in the growth and development of our people. If you\'re someone who is passionate about advancing your career, there is potential for the right candidate to progress into a more senior role in the future.

Requirements
  • Experience in HR at an Advisory or Officer level
  • Experience of providing managers and staff with pragmatic, clear, and concise advice
  • A strong background in human resources best practice including Recruitment, Wellbeing, Engagement, Reward, Relations, Organisation Design & Development
  • Level 5 CIPD or working towards a higher level
  • Up to date knowledge of Employment Law
  • Excellent interpersonal, prioritisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work with confidential information
