A leading facilities management company in Bristol seeks an HR professional to provide first-line advice on employee relations and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation. Responsibilities include managing disputes, advising on company policies, and supporting line managers. The ideal candidate should have extensive HR experience, knowledge of TUPE regulations, and hold or be working towards CIPD Level 7 certification. This role offers a salary of up to £40,000 plus benefits including a car allowance and private healthcare.

To provide professional first‑line advice to managers and employees in relation to employee relations, conditions of service, application of the law and Company procedures. Be the HR focal point for the advice and guidance of HR processes and procedures to ensure they comply with current legislation and to support the HR Business Partner/contract line managers as required.
