Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a long established Bradford based business to recruit for a HR Manager. This is an excellent role for someone to take on a HR leadership role in an absolutely fabulous organisation.
Establish and refine onboarding and exit procedures to ensure smooth transitions for employees and clear communication with all involved parties.
Take ownership of the employee benefits program, including evaluating options and recommending meaningful enhancements that support long-term wellbeing.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, supporting managers with issues related to attendance, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance.
Coordinate training and development initiatives that support career growth and operational excellence.
Lead recruitment and retention strategies to ensure the business maintains the right talent in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Manage essential HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, job descriptions, and internal communications with accuracy and professionalism.
Keep HR policies and procedures up to date with current legislation, ensuring consistency with the employee handbook and company values.
Deliver monthly reports and metrics that provide clear insights into HR performance, costs, and outcomes.
Maintain accurate employee records, including holiday tracking and absence management.
Ensure all HR practices align with UK employment law and uphold company standards
