Job summary

A B-Corp certified gourmet food distributor in North West London is seeking an HR Manager to oversee all HR functions and ensure compliance with UK employment law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR management experience within the food industry and a strong understanding of best practices in HR. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment and employee engagement initiatives and providing HR presence across all shifts. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR within food distribution or FMCG sector required.
• At least 5 years in HR management or advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Skills
