A well-established manufacturer in Tewkesbury is seeking an HR Manager to support strategic HR initiatives and lead change management programs. The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience and be qualified to CIPD Level 5, preferably with a background in manufacturing. This role offers a salary up to £50,000 and additional perks including 33 days of holiday and ongoing training.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join this well established manufacturer of electronic products for a range of industries.
Reporting into the Managing Director your role will be of a generalist nature supporting the strategic direction of the people agenda while ensuring excellence across all HR processes. You will lead change management programmes including cultural transformation and workforce planning.
With a backgound in generalist HR you will be minimum qualified to CIPD Level 5 and ideally will have worked within a manufacturing environment previously.
